Theresa is a visionary, strategic leader as indicated by the achievement of such esteemed certifications as the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). She was an early innovator in the deployment of global enterprise employee recognition strategies by using her training and facilitation skills and knowledge to assist in the implementation of these initiatives. As a chartered professional in the recognition industry, Theresa eliminated the splintered recognition approach in her organization by creating an aggregated program structure to provide a sense of unity and consistency in the company.

Andy Davis, Director of UX & Innovation, Inspirus, LLC

For the past 25+ years, Andy Davis has been involved in the creation and delivery of both digital and physical products within the Awards and Recognition industry. Over the course of his career, Andy has served in a variety of leadership roles within Design, Information Technology, Product Management, and currently in User Experience & Innovation.

Andy attended the University of North Texas where he studied Communication Design. A lifelong learner, Andy is always seeking to explore new ways of enabling teams through the power of collaboration. Among his many accomplishments he was recently recognized by his peers during the semiannual Global Virtual Design Sprint event with back-to-back “Best of the Best” honors.
