By the end of this course, you should be able to:
- List and describe the RPI Best Practice Standards®.
- Distinguish the difference between recognition, award, reward, and incentive.
- Name general components relating to each of the RPI Best Practice Standards®.
- Develop strategies for both new programs and performance improvement in any current programs.
- Use the tools and methodologies provided in the course for positive recognition program results which include being able to:
- Incorporate at least three action items from the combined seven RPI Best Practice Standards® into your own Recognition action plan or a client’s Recognition action plan.
- Align recognition strategies to business/organization objectives.
