Mr. Ward has over 20 years’ experience in the Incentive Market and is in his 38th year in the Hospitality field. As Director of Sales at AccorHotels for Ovation Rewards and Gift Cards for over 16 years, he launched both Ovation Rewards and Gift Cards as a start-up division within the company. Now both are recognized as an integral component for both revenue and corporate identity. He has also worked in the hotel industry in sales for Group Travel, Incentive Travel, Insurance, and Business IT.
Past President of the Board of Directors for the Incentive Travel Council and on twice on the Board of Directors for the Incentive Marketing Association. He is currently a Board member of the Incentive Gift Council of the IMA.
Susan has over 25 years’ experience in the field of recognition and engagement. Susan is the first person in Oklahoma to obtain her CRP designation. She has used her knowledge in her field developing and managing recognition and engagement programs with the world’s largest satellite entertainment company DIRECTV world-wide, to building recognition programs while her former founder and CEO became Governor of Oklahoma. Today, Susan is the Director of Corporate Events and Community Outreach for Gateway First Bank. In her role with Gateway, Susan develops corporate giving, recognition and engagement programs, manages corporate events and volunteerism. Susan holds a degree in early child hood and has received many accolades for her contributions to the community engagement field.
Susan is a culture champion who’s motivated by employee results. Susan is a mentor, community volunteer, mom, inspired leader and a savvy strategist. Susan enjoys telling a good story and a colossal white chocolate mocha cup of coffee!

In her role, Ashlee owns the strategy and execution of all mobile incentive programs in the Customer Service organization supporting over 30,000 employees to drive performance to business needs. The programs are designed to drive incremental revenue, reduce operating costs and user engagement. During her 17 years with Verizon, Ashlee has held various management and operational roles within Customer Service and Value Based Marketing that support both the employee experience, through engagement and recognition, and customer loyalty and retention. Ashlee is a Six Sigma Greenbelt, Certified Recognition Professional (CPR) certified and currently serves on the RPI Board of Directors.
