Steve Richardson is a 30 year veteran in the Employee Recognition and Events & Celebration space. He has lead Recognition activities and employee conferences at one of the largest Financial Institutions in North America. Conferences ranged from 500 to almost 2000 people and were held at Hotels, Conference centers and cruise ships. Today he is a consultant to businesses big and small and still lends on a hand at various conferences during the year. Steve serves on the RPI Board of Directors.
Kevin Cronin is a proven leader specializing in Recognition and Reward Events. Kevin’s experience with leading one of the larger Recognition and Reward programs at a global financial institution has uniquely qualified him to work with many clients and prospects on how to develop recognition strategies that are proven and effective. Kevin is serving on the RPI Board of Directors and is a past President.
