Alex brings more than a decade of deep, methodological, experience employing a variety of multi- and mixed-method research designs. He specializes in workplace culture, employee experience, and generational research, with a focus on blending qualitative research with survey and experimental data for rich insights. He has consulted with numerous Fortune 100 and Global 2000 companies to develop a variety of culture assessment approaches, predictive models, program evaluation plans, and listening strategies. His Doctoral training is from the University of Utah with a specialty in Methodology and Quantitative Analysis, with undergraduate and graduate degrees from American Military University.
