Hear from recognition leaders at Wells Fargo and LMI how they used RPI’s Best Practice Standard “Recognition Strategy” to build recognition programs that supported their company cultures. Short Description:
Recent national events require more conversations. Warning: This isn't your corporate diversity training session of years gone by. Tommy Lee Hayes Brown and Max Brown, brothers from another mother (note: we're good friends who happen to share a very cool last name) are going to dive in to discuss their respective life perspectives on race and diversity. We're just two perspectives and we don't attempt to stereotype or represent all perspectives here, but we hope that these discussions will give others courage to engage and get to know one another better. In order to make things better, we all have to be part of the change. Let us begin with better conversations!

Short Description:
What is EQ? EQ is similar to IQ; IQ stands for Intelligence Quotient whereas EQ stands for Emotional Intelligence Quotient. EQ is a measure of your ability to monitor, identify, understand and use emotional information, whether it comes from you or from somebody else. Those with a higher EQ are able to manage feelings like anger, happiness, insecurity, or fear in order to “respond” to situations rather than “react” to situations. Studies show that up to 80% of the average person’s personal and career success can be attributed to their level of EQ. The good news is, EQ can be increased with practice.
